We are making changes, bringing all of our systems up to date. We started with the website; we continued with our pricing plans; and now we present our customer portal.

 

We're trying to keep it simple.

 

We have completely replaced our billing system -- new server, new software, new approach. The new system has a full support ticket system (one that notifies us immediately if a ticket is submitted) and an integrated KnowledgeBase (which is still a work in progress...).
